What are guns / early arms.
Early Fire Arms....
I believe the reason many are quick to discard firearms these days . Is they have no knowledge of their history or development. Though some started out crudely many were very artful like the wheel lock musket. Firearms were the followers of spears and archery. Many martial arts weapons were once common farm tools. Developed to fight Samurai and feudal armies. On the show " Deadliest Warrior" A pirate with pistol and sword defeated a common knight in Armour. I bet that even this small article has piqued your curiosity . Of course the arms of today a faster and more accurate.

mental illness a walk in strange shoes
If things transpire as they seem .Concerning the Newtown ,CT shooting. And congress passes a bill. Which would call on those with suspected mental illnesses to be singled out For scrutiny by law enforcement. What level of mental illnesses will they start from. As the Bible says all have sinned and fall short of the word of God..There is none that does good not one. And there is a 12 step meeting for nearly every complaint imaginable. Who of us will cast the first stone and at whom?
Some say that Adam Lanza was surely quite mad in some way.Or he would not have committed his atrocity. But what about say a person such as Tommy from the Good Fellows movie. How could such a person as he not be called equally insane. Yet he probably was very bright to be able to run his crime syndicate. And with that who would dare to try to incarcerate him. Since he would obviously have a supportive element to defend himself with. Not to mention those members of high Government who become involved in rapes or such crimes or near crimes. I fear the ax will fall as it often does. In our rushes to find justice. Fall quickest on the poorest and most socially isolated among us. So what I 'm saying is that would not any person disliked by enough people or any one person in high places. Be susceptible to the say of any power full public figure to authorities. whom they choose to single out as a trouble maker? Reminiscent of the thought police of Orwells 1984? Those least able to defend what lives they have been allotted. By cruel fate as it were, will find themselves sacrificed on lifes alter. To appease what God. Far too easily in my opinion. So will the scales of justice be equally as blind concerning the plight of all those with mental illnesses.
So if you are one to be in a position of any political influence. I would beg you to have well thought out laws. To ensure mercy and understanding of such a delicate subject and the many known or as yet undiagnosed members of our society whose lives will surely be made all the more difficult . If those in authority chose as I fear further stigmatize an all ready and often times . Defenseless but no always blameless element. As one with suspect Aspergers influence I would dare to say it is a cross that I don't always if ever bare with grace. by R.G 12 19,2012

#1 marsh mallow
MR. Marshmallow
Old Mister Marshmallow always was a happy fellow'
round and all so soft. Mostly white but some times yellow
Lives with all the peeps. Always the center of my camp out.
Crispy and gooey goes with green trout.
started live as a miniature. Not often mentioned in our Literature.
Like pirates coins or mustard jars. This guy is made to eat in the shade
with quince pie and marmalade. I put him on the end of a very crooked stick.
I keep him far away from a Christmas candle wick. But share him with the
banker or local country hick. so share this poem with your friends . every day

2nd Amendment alert from Rob G
.putting false blame for a national tragedy wrongfully. This country needs to stay strong and free.Don't tie me up with any crazy nuts crime. We must meet this crazy possession bans right away. There are no heartless firearms owners gleeful of destruction. I know the founding fathers thought well for our civil protection.

I am Gods balloon,
drifting with the moon,
seemingly alone with the clouds.
But it may be soon ,that Ill be with friends
In the French or Irish warm mid June.
The Book beside my bed inside it I have read.
There will always be some room
.for one more lost balloon , with spirit to rise above the human heart and head.
